Terms of Service
Introduction
Welcome to the Disney Experience. The Disney Experience is not affiliated with, maintained by, or expresses the views/opinions of the Walt Disney Company, and may contain copyrighted imagery. As per copyright law, copyright protection begins the moment an item is "created and fixed in a tangible form so that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device". In addition, all creations created on or after March 1, 1989 do not require copyright notification by the creator. Therefore, JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T SEE A COPYRIGHT DOESN'T MEAN IT ISN'T COPYRIGHTED.
All Disney character(s) are the creations and intellectual properties of the Walt Disney Company.
The Disney Experience does not imply or endorse the right to reproduce and/or distribute images for public use.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using the Disney Experience, you signify your agreement to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms of service, please do not use the Disney Experience. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Disney Experience following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
Restrictions on Use of Materials
All materials (excluding certain banners, advertisements, certain javascript codes, Disney imagery, and selected materials) contained in this Site are the copyrighted property of the Disney Experience. No material from the Disney Experience may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you must give full credit to this site and/or the creator and provide a link, provided that (i) you keep intact any copyright and other proprietary notices, (ii) you make no modifications to the materials, (iii) you do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with any of the products, services, or brands, and (iv) you do not download quantities of materials to a database that can be used to avoid future downloads from the Disney Experience. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other Web site or computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to us.
In the event you download original material from the Disney Experience, the material, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software/material, and data accompanying the material (collectively, the "Material") are licensed to you by us for your personal, noncommercial home use only. We do not transfer title to the Material to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but we retain full and complete title to the Material and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, de-compile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Material to a human-readable form.
Submissions
We are pleased to hear from visitors and welcome your comments regarding our products and services. Unfortunately, however, our policy does not allow us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, or materials other than those that we have specifically requested. We hope you will understand that it is the intent of this policy to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by us might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work. Please do not send us any unsolicited original creative materials such as stories or ideas, screenplays, or original artwork. While we do value your feedback on our services and products, we request that you be specific in your comments on those services and products, and not submit any creative ideas, suggestions, or materials (unless specifically requested by us).
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (e.g., postings to chat, boards, or contests) or, despite our request, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (collectively, the "Submissions"), the Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, our property. None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on my part and I shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. Without limitation of the foregoing, we shall exclusively own all now-known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.
Content Linked to this Site
Please exercise discretion while browsing the Internet using the Disney Experience. You should be aware that when you are on the Disney Experience, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There are links to other sites from the Disney Experience pages that take you outside of our service. For example, if you click on a banner advertisement or a search result, the click may take you off the Disney Experience. This may include links from advertisers and/or sponsors. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, solicit personal information, or contain information that you may find inappropriate or offensive. In addition, advertisers on the Disney Experience may send cookies to users that we do not control.
We reserve the right to disable links from third-party sites to the Disney Experience.
We make no representations concerning the content of sites listed in any of our directories. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in sites listed in our search results or otherwise linked to the Disney Experience.
Please keep in mind that whenever you give out personal information online --- for example, via message boards or chat --- that information can be collected and used by people you don't know. While the Disney Experience strives to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online; you make such disclosures at your own risk.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE SUCH MATERIALS AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for the accuracy, content, or availability of information found on sites that link to or from the Disney Experience. We cannot ensure that you will be satisfied with any products or services that you purchase from a third-party site that links to or from the Disney Experience or third-party content on my site. We do not endorse any of the merchandise, nor have we taken any steps to confirm the accuracy or reliability of, any of the information contained in such third-party sites or content. We do not make any representations or warranties as to the security of any information (including, without limitation, credit card and other personal information) you might be requested to give any third-party, and you hereby irrevocably waive any claim against us with respect to such sites and third-party content. We strongly encourage you to make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties.
Because the Web changes constantly, no search engine technology can possibly have all accessible sites at any given time. Thus, we explicitly disclaim any responsibility for the content or availability of information contained in our search index or directories.
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE HAUNTED EXPERIENCE OR MATERIALS OR FUNCTIONS ON ANY SUCH SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT [INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE], OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE DISNEY EXPERIENCE.
Termination
These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Disney Experience and destroying all materials obtained from here, whether made under these terms or otherwise. Your access to the Disney Experience may be terminated immediately without notice from me if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Disney Experience and destroy all materials obtained from such site and all copies thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise.

Routine Information Collection
All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes, and lets the Disney Experience know what pages and information are useful and helpful to visitors.
Monthly Giveaway Information Collection
During times of a Monthly Giveaway, information collected either through our Monthly Giveaway Entry Form or through donation purchases includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, locations, time stamps, mailing addresses, and email addresses. The information is temporarily stored (4-6 weeks) on third-party private servers for the purposes of fulfilling said giveaway and mailing out prizes.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Where necessary, this site uses cookies to store information about a visitor's preferences and history in order to better serve the visitor and/or present the visitor with customized content.
Advertising partners and other third parties may also use cookies, scripts and/or web beacons to track visitors to our site in order to display advertisements and other useful information. Such tracking is done directly by the third parties through their own servers and is subject to their own privacy policies.
Information Protection
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
Although we use an SSL certificate, all payment processing is securely collected and processed through third-party vendors.
Controlling Your Privacy
Note that you can change your browser settings to disable cookies if you have privacy concerns. Disabling cookies for all sites is not recommended as it may interfere with your use of some sites. The best option is to disable or enable cookies on a per-site basis. Consult your browser documentation for instructions on how to block cookies and other tracking mechanisms.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under 13.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to:
- Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can either email us using the supplied online contact form or follow the instructions at the bottom of each email.
We use both Google AdSense advertising and Google Analytics on our website. Learn more about how Google manages data in its ads products in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any advertisements served by Google, Inc., and affiliated companies may be controlled using cookies. These cookies allow Google to display ads based on your visits to this site and other sites that use Google advertising services. Learn how to opt out of Google's cookie usage. As mentioned above, any tracking done by Google through cookies and other mechanisms is subject to Google's own privacy policies.
We have implemented the following:
- Google Display Network Impression Reporting
- Demographics and Interests Reporting
The DoubleClick DART cookie is used by Google in the ads served on publisher websites displaying AdSense for content ads. When users visit an AdSense publisher's website and either view or click on an ad, a cookie may be dropped on that end user's browser. The data gathered from these cookies will be used to help AdSense publishers better serve and manage the ads on their site(s) and across the web. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
Opting Out:
Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt out page or permanently using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
