It has been far too long since we last had a giveaway. Let’s fix that! And, why not start with an epic movie?
“Marvel makes cinematic history as it unites the super hero team-up of a lifetime. Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), and Captain America (Chris Evans) assemble together for the very first time ever in this epic, action-packed blockbuster alongside Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). Director Joss Whedon creates an unprecedented universe that has become a global phenomenon. Packed with spectacular visual effects, and exclusive bonus features, including Marvel’s first-ever gag reel, never-before-seen Marvel short, and an interactive second screen experience, Marvel’s The Avengers will blow your mind!”
Marvel’s The Avengers is set to release on September 25, and you can get a copy. This four-disc combo comes complete with Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital Copy discs. Plus, you get a free digital download of the soundtrack. Please note that these are Region-A* discs.
Two winners will receive their prizes after the movie’s September 25 release date. Please allow some time for delivery.
*Includes most North, Central and South American and Southeast Asian countries plus the Republic of China (Taiwan), Japan, Hong Kong, Macau and Korea.

Believe it or not, some of the pyrotechnics for this movie were filmed a quarter of a mile from my house! They borrowed a vacant parking lot at GM’s Parma stamping plant last summer. Also, many of the street battles were filmed in downtown Cleveland! One of my aunts works downtown and was able to watch the action from her office!
My home town was in a few movies. The big one was Calendar Girl, starring Jason Priestley. The opening and closing scenes in the movie were filmed on the town’s main street.
The latest movie filming that I know of is from The Bucket List. In the scene where the main characters are skydiving, look at the text on the underside of the plane. It reads “Perris Skydiving,” or something to that effect.
