Lucky 13 Fixed Our Forms
Back in June, we revamped the Disney Experience to make it much more mobile friendly, creating compatibility across desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. This required the removal of some messy code that was no longer needed. Unfortunately, we also inadvertently deleted some important code that was required for any of our forms to work. If you’ve been trying to send an email, submit items to the Fan Board, or submitting your website for a “Disney Magic” Award . . . we didn’t receive it. We are SO sorry for any inconvenience; we tend to have the worst luck with forms for some reason.
The problem was found and fixed on Friday the 13th. The irony is not lost on us.
